These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and jl21 ("jl21," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website located at jl21.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jl21's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your jl21 account if one has been created. Continued use of any part of jl21.cam constitutes unambiguous acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of each use.

jl21 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain a jl21 account and participate in real-money gaming on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active jl21 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

To access real-money gaming on jl21, you are required to complete the registration process and open a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and valid Philippine mobile number.

You agree to submit valid identification documents when requested, including but not limited to: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl21 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jl21 account that is not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly given that your jl21 account may hold real monetary balances.
• Not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing jl21 from a shared or public device.
• Notify jl21 customer support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to your account.

jl21 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from jl21 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. jl21 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

jl21 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at jl21's discretion. By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
• All funds deposited are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.
• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per account verification tier.
• jl21 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

jl21 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any deposit and to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method.

Subject to the following conditions, you may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your jl21 account at any time:

• Verification: Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. jl21 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours of approval. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers take 1–3 Philippine business days from approval to receipt.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. jl21 reserves the right to route withdrawals to alternative verified methods where required by its internal controls or regulatory obligations.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

jl21 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

jl21 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion's terms.

• All games available on jl21 use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by jl21 or any third party beyond the certified mechanics of each game.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the long-term theoretical return calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• You accept the results of each game as final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, jl21 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the affected round in accordance with its internal technical procedures. Where a round cannot be fairly completed, it will be voided and the relevant stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table as displayed in the game interface.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on jl21 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one jl21 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or technical defects to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without jl21's express written consent.
• Engaging in charge-backs, payment reversals, or any conduct designed to defraud jl21 or its payment processors.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated play, hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit, or exploitation of promotion mechanics contrary to their intended purpose.
• Attempting to access jl21's systems, databases, or code without authorization.

jl21 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a gaming environment that minimizes the risk of gambling-related harm. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jl21 adheres to applicable responsible gaming standards and provides the following player protection tools accessible from Account Settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Modify or create derivative works based on any jl21 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of jl21.cam on any other website or server.

Unauthorized use of jl21's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl21 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.
• Any errors or omissions in game content, odds, or payout information caused by technical failures beyond jl21's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform, except to the extent required by PAGCOR regulations in cases of manifest operator error.

jl21's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl21's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jl21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• jl21 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal or prohibited activity.
• You have initiated a charge-back or payment dispute in relation to a jl21 transaction.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as permitted by PAGCOR regulations.
• jl21 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period. Accounts closed for breach of these Terms may have their balances withheld pending investigation.

If you are dissatisfied with jl21's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its established complaint resolution channels. jl21 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation initiated by PAGCOR in connection with a player complaint.

Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts in accordance with Section 15.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform. This choice of law and jurisdiction does not prevent jl21 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where your conduct may cause or threatens to cause irreparable harm to jl21.

jl21 reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, jl21 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify jl21 customer support of your intention to close your account. Balances at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Section 13.
